In order to get setup, you need to:

  1. Complete our service agreement .
  2. Email your NDIS plan through to us or MMS the funding pages through through. Feel free to contact us if we can assist.
  3. We will give you a call, introduce ourselves and see if there are any other queries, we can assist you with.

 We charge in line with the NDIS and there are no out of pocket costs. 

Changing from another plan manager mid plan?

  1. No worries. In order to change management you will need to follow the standard setup steps (above), plus these ones below:

    1. Notify your existing plan manager that you are changing to another plan manager
    2. Ensure your old plan manager has cancelled all service bookings and released your NDIS funds, giving us access.  If you need assistance with this process, simply give us call.

    We recommend the outgoing plan manager completely cancel all bookings, and we can take over payments once they have been cancelled.
